We offer flexible lease terms, quick and affordable access to fully furnished offices, well-appointed conference rooms, attractive reception areas, and a professional support staff. The day-to-day burden typically associated with running a traditional office is transferred to CPEO, whose only job is to maintain a professional work environment.

Our all-inclusive pricing on office workspaces includes, at no extra charge, all necessary office furnishings — furniture, faxing, printing, copying, utilities, and even daily cleaning service — plus instant phone and internet service when you need it. Your fully furnished executive office is configured with easy access to reception areas, conference rooms, restrooms, and kitchen facilities.

Time is of the essence. Don't waste time troubleshooting internet problems, fixing fax machines, or fixing printers — those hours are better spent on your clients. We provide the facilities of large firms to small businesses, satellite offices, and professionals, so you and your employees get a big-company environment while staying focused on real business issues.

Who uses CPEO?

CPEO provides solutions for both small and large businesses, frequent travelers, branch offices, start-up companies, companies experiencing rapid or declining staff growth, or entrepreneurs — including new businesses that can't calculate the amount of staff they'll need over a three-year period (usually the shortest term for a conventional office lease).

It's also a natural fit for executives, salespeople, accountants, marketing consultants, and online business owners — especially anyone working from home who needs an established, professional presence. It's a low-risk way for a corporation to test a new market before committing to a full branch location.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. There's a receptionist at the front desk during those hours to greet your clients with a smile.

How big are the conference rooms?

We have three conference rooms plus a smaller overflow meeting room, each a different size — from a room for 2-4 guests up to our largest room for 8-12 guests. See the full breakdown on the Conference Rooms page.

Do you rent rooms by the hour, day, or month?

You can rent any of our rooms by the hour, or rent an executive office on a monthly basis if you'd like it to be your permanent office. Conference rooms are hourly, with two agreement options: a Virtual Guest Agreement for conference-room-only use with no monthly fee, and a Virtual Tenant Agreement for conference room use plus our mailing address, with a monthly fee. Do I have to schedule a room, or can I just show up?

We prefer that you contact us and schedule your conference room needs — if you don't schedule with us, we can't guarantee a room will be available. Call 352-404-5955, email [email protected], or use the booking form.

Can you answer my phone calls for me?

Yes — we'd be happy to answer your calls for you. We can screen them and conference them to you, or take a message and deliver it promptly by email, text message, or voicemail. See Reception & Phone Services for details.

Do you have a cancellation fee?

Cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable). Cancellations and no-shows made the same day are charged for the full number of hours scheduled. Cancellations made the prior business day before 5 PM are charged for half of the scheduled hours (one hour minimum billing). To avoid a charge entirely, cancel at least two business days before 5 PM, prior to your reservation. See Conference Rooms for full rates and billing details.

Can I use your mailing address?
