CLERMONT PROFESSIONAL EXECUTIVE OFFICES CANCELLATION POLICY AS OF 10/1/2015 - We wish to continue to offer the highest quality service and location without raising our prices and to better ensure the space and time you desire is available. In order to meet this objective, we have modified our cancellation policy as follows:
- Cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable). - Cancellations made the same day will be charged for the full amount of hours scheduled for that appointment. - Cancellations made the prior business day must be made before 5pm and will be charged for half of the amount of hours scheduled for that appointment. In order not to be charged for your appointment, Cancellations must be made at least two business days before 5pm, prior to your appointment.
